Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3529) "a candidate to the post of the President of Ukraine who occupies a post (or holds more than one office) at the public authority or local self-government bodies, public or municipal enterprises, institutions, establishments, organizations, military formations is prohibited to attract not only subordinate employees, but also leaders or other officials of officially subordinate public authority bodies of lower levels to election campaigning".
Adoption of the Bill "will prevent use of resources of such bodies and abuse of employment status by relevant officials in the period of election campaigning for the benefit of a certain candidate to the post of the President of Ukraine".
